Once the categories have been agreed, we analyse the previous 12 months bills for the relevant categories and produce a Benchmark of current costs together with a Recommendations Report detailing savings opportunities.

We implement the recommendations you wish to accept and manage the process through to implementation. We then monitor the new arrangements and save your staff time by dealing with any issues that might arise.

Monthly/quarterly reports are produced which will detail the actual savings which have been achieved.
